Customer satisfaction being our prime focus, you can return the product at the time of delivery if you are not content with the freshness or the quality of the product. We will take the product back and issue a refund for the value of the returned products, which will either be credited to your account or adjusted in your invoice in case of cash on delivery. The refund processing of payments made using credit or debit cards may take 5-6 working days or more, depending on your issuing bank system.
Please note the Pre-cut items are not included under the Refund and Return policy.
Cancellation Policy
As a customer, you can cancel your order up to 6 PM one day before your delivery date by calling our customer care . In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order through the original mode of payment. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders.
